Quotes let you price the work first, and book it in once your customer says yes. Let's follow one from start to finish.
Choose Create, then Quote. Type the reg, and the car is found, along with the customer if they've been in before.
Add labour and parts from your catalogue, and a note for the customer if you like. Save it as a draft, and from then on, it saves as you go.
When it's ready, choose Send quote. Your customer gets a link by email, and you can share it on WhatsApp as well. It's valid for 14 days. Once it's sent, it's fixed. To change it, duplicate it.
Your customer opens the quote on any device, sees exactly what's included, and accepts or declines it with one tap.
Either way, you'll know straight away, with a WhatsApp alert, and a notification in the app.
An accepted quote doesn't go in your diary on its own. It waits on your dashboard, in the To do card, until you book it in.
Choose Create booking. The customer, car and services are already filled in. Pick a time and save, and the labour and parts carry over to the jobsheet. The quote now shows Booked in, with a link to the job.
Found more work on a car? Once a job is complete, choose Raise new quote from the jobsheet's menu. The customer and car are filled in, ready for you to price.
